Transfer gossip: QPR reportedly still considering Motta deal, Whites linked with Gnabry

A round-up of the latest transfer speculation involving the area’s Championship clubs…

Marco Motta could still sign for QPR, Italian media reports claim.

West London Sport revealed that Motta was on trial at the club, that Rangers had decided to offer him a short-term deal, and that discussions had resulted in both parties looking elsewhere.

But reports in Motta’s native country claim he could still sign a new contract at Loftus Road until the end of the season.

Meanwhile. Fulham are keen on Serge Gnabry and wanted to take the Arsenal youngster on loan until the end of the season, according to the Daily Mirror.

The Whites reportedly asked Arsenal about a potential deal for the 20-year-old, whose season-long loan at West Brom was cut short.

Charlton are also said to be interested in Gnabry. With the transfer window now closed, League clubs will still be able to sign players on loan from top-flight sides.

Arsenal are reported to have responded to Fulham’s enquiry by making a bid to land the Whites’ highly-rated 16-year-old Ryan Sessegnon.

Fulham apparently refused to sell. The Gunners have been tipped to make another bid in the summer.
