QPR linked with Southampton striker – and Napoli with Fer

QPR are being linked with a move for Southampton and Italy striker Dani Osvaldo.

The 29-year-old is currently on loan at Inter Milan, and has scored seven goals in 19 appearances this season.

However, Sky Italia claim Inter want to cut his loan spell short, supposedly sparking interest from Rangers as well as Serie A sides Genoa, Parma, Torino and Cagliari.

TalkSport, on the other hand, say Osvaldo could join AC Milan.

Meanwhile, other reports in Italy suggest Napoli want to sign QPR midfielder Leroy Fer.

Tuttosport claims Rafael Benitez’s side, third in Serie A, have their eyes on the Dutchman, who has netted three times for Rangers this term.

And Yann M’Vila’s agent Fabrizio Ferrari has claimed that Italian media reports that QPR were looking to sign the midfielder were accurate.

M’Vila, currently on loan at Inter from Rubin Kazan, discussed personal terms with Rangers prior to joining the Russian club two years ago.

Ferrari is quoted as saying: “There are so many teams following him right now, but Only Queens Park Rangers was serious and made concrete steps to acquire my client.”
