Rangers linked with defender Hunt

Sky Sports say QPR are one of several clubs interested in Crystal Palace defender Jack Hunt, who is currently on loan at Nottingham Forest.

Hunt moved to the City Ground during the summer and Forest boss Stuart Pearce is reported to be keen to sign him on a permanent basis.

And it is claimed that Rangers, West Brom and Wigan are also interested in the 23-year-old, whose loan deal runs until January.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are interested in Wolfsburg midfielder Luiz Gustavo, the Express claim.

Arsenal and Manchester United also apparently want the 27-year-old, but Gustavo says he intends to stay put.

“I am very happy. Wolfsburg is a great club to play for and I like living in Germany and the German mentality,” he is quoted as saying.

“I feel my future is here and I am able to imagine playing on for many years, because I identify with the city of Wolfsburg.”

The Express also link Paris St-Germain’s Javier Pastore with a potential move to Stamford Bridge.

And the Daily Star say Chelsea are one of several clubs keen on West Ham youngster Reece Burke.

Arsenal and Manchester United are also said to be monitoring the 18-year-old.
