Speculation over Onuoha’s future and Blues are linked with Valencia star

Hull and Stoke are interested in signing QPR defender Nedum Onuoha, the Daily Star Sunday say.

The 28-year-old centre-back is said to be ready to leave Rangers if they drop into the Championship.

The Star also claim QPR have held talks over bringing in defender Nicolas Spolli.

Argentine Spolli, 32, has been on loan at Roma from Catania.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are looking to sign Valencia left-back Jose Luis Gaya, according to the Sunday People.

Manchester City and Real Madrid are also said to be interested in the 19-year-old, who reportedly has a £13.2m release clause in his contract.

The Star, which continues to suggest Chelsea want to sign Sami Khedira from Real Madrid, say Manchester United have been offered the chance to sign the German.

And the Mail on Sunday reports that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has paid £30,000 for pop band McBusted to perform at his daughter’s 18th birthday party.
