Chelsea, Liverpool and Man Utd chasing Benfica star – report

Chelsea and Manchester United have joined Liverpool in a race to sign Benfica striker Rodrigo Moreno, the Daily Mail say.

The Blues have been linked with several forwards and it is claimed that Moreno, who is apparently rated at £25m, is a transfer target.

Meanwhile, the Daily Telegraph say Chelsea have opened talks with John Terry over a new deal for the former England skipper.

Terry’s current contract expires this summer and it is suggested that he may have to accept a pay cut in order to stay at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are also tipped to offer new contracts to defenders Gary Cahill and Cesar Azpilicueta.

Cahill, it is claimed, could end up being paid £100,000 a week.
