Chelsea are interested in signing teenage midfielder Julian Draxler from Schalke, according to German newspaper Bild.
Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal are also reported to be keen on the Germany international, 19, but Schalke say he is not for sale.
The Bundesliga club’s general manager Horst Heldt is quoted as saying: “We have had enquiries for Julian but this is not a topic for us – a sale is not up for discussion.”
Meanwhile, Malaga boss Manuel Pellegrini’s agent has claimed that Chelsea have enquired about the Chilean’s availability.
Jesus Martinez told Chilean newspaper El Mercurio: “Chelsea and other clubs have asked, but only through intermediaries, nothing official.”
