MK Dons sign Chelsea’s Baker on loan

Chelsea youngster Lewis Baker has joined League One promotion chasers Milton Keynes Dons on loan for the rest of the season.

The 19-year-old midfielder made four appearances during a recent loan spell at Sheffield Wednesday.

Baker made his senior debut for Chelsea in an FA Cup tie against Derby last term and signed a five-year contract at Stamford Bridge last summer.

He is expected to make his MK Dons debut in Saturday’s match at Coventry.
