Antonio Conte wants Chelsea to publicly back him amid speculation over his future.

It follows reports the Italian could be replaced as Blues boss at the end of the season or even sooner.

“I’d like to have a statement to support against this speculation,” said Conte.

“Maybe I’d like that the club prepare a statement to tell the media: ‘I trust in his job, I trust in his work’.”

Conte, who led Chelsea to the Premier League title last season, has 18 months remaining on his contract at Stamford Bridge.

“I’m giving all of myself for this club,” he insisted.
