Remy will give Jose the ‘perfect problem’

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho says he is looking forward to being given the “perfect problem” of Loic Remy being available again.

The France striker is expected to return from a groin injury after the approaching international break.

He was hurt during the recent Champions League win against Maribor and went off soon after scoring the opener.

Both Remy and veteran striker Didier Drogba impressed during Diego Costa’s absence and with Costa now available again, Mourinho says it will be difficult to keep his forwards happy when all three are fit.

He explained: “The perfect problem is when Remy is back. That’s the perfect problem – to have all three.

“When we made that group of three at the beginning of the season, we think we did well.

“It’s three levels of investment, three levels of expectation, three levels of contribution, three levels of different qualities as a striker.

“The team is obviously so happy with that because we have three very good strikers in our squad.”

Costa, who has missed Chelsea’s last four matches, has been passed fit for Saturday’s west London derby against QPR.
