Transfer gossip: Chelsea among clubs linked with French youngster

Chelsea are monitoring French winger Lenny Pintor, the Daily Mail say.

The Brest youngster, 17, has impressed for his country during the Under-17 World Cup in India.

The Mail claim he has come to the attention scouts from Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City and that all three Premier League clubs are interested in him.


Koulibaly still being linked

Chelsea continue to be linked with Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

He was among the centre-backs Chelsea attempted to buy in the summer of 2016 before re-signing David Luiz.

The Blues, who have also since signed Antonio Rudiger, are still being tipped to make a move for Koulibaly in the future.

The Sun say Chelsea are expected to try to land him in the summer but face competition from Barcelona.

It comes after Spanish media reports linked Barca with the Senegal international.


Barca again linked with Alonso

Chelsea’s Marcos Alonso has again been linked with Barcelona.

The La Liga club have been linked with a number of Chelsea players in recent months, including Alonso, Cesar Azpilicueta and Willian.

And the Daily Mail has picked up on more reports in Spain claiming that Barca are keen on the Spain international.

Don Balon claimed that Alonso is one of several options being looked at as a potential long-term replacement for Jordi Alba.


Mirror claim Chelsea are tracking Ruiz

Chelsea are tracking Barcelona’s teenage forward Abel Ruiz, the Daily Mirror say.

Manchester City and Arsenal are also said to be interested in the 17-year-old, who reportedly has a £3m release clause in his contract.

That contract expires in 2019 and Barcelona are keen to secure the Spain Under-17 international’s future at the Nou Camp.

The Mirror claim Chelsea and Arsenal have sounded out Ruiz’s representatives and that City are also watching developments.


Blues among clubs linked with Henderson

Chelsea are among a host of clubs the Daily Mirror claim are interested in Manchester United’s England Under-21 goalkeeper Dean Henderson.

The 20-year-old’s contract expires at the end of the season and he is reportedly considering leaving Old Trafford.

The Mirror reckon clubs in the Premier League, Championship and abroad are interested in Henderson.

As well as Chelsea, those clubs are apparently Tottenham, Arsenal, Watford, Stoke, West Brom, Southampton, Wolves, Nottingham Forest, Aston Villa, Benfica, Olympiakos and Udinese.
