Fabregas: Chelsea can’t relax in title race

Cesc Fabregas has told Chelsea’s website the team must remain focused to win the Premier League title.

The Blues are six points clear of second-placed Manchester City, with a game in hand, ahead of Saturday’s visit of Stoke.

However, with games against Manchester United and Arsenal to come later in April, Fabregas has urged his team-mates to not let their foot off the pedal.

He said: “We still have the chance to win the double [Capital One Cup and Premier League] and for that reason we cannot relax for a moment.

“We have to fight hard to win the Premier League and make this season a great year.

“I’m going through a time in my life where I enjoy everything I do.

“I’m playing almost every minute of every match and that’s what makes me happy.”
