Chelsea youngster suffers arm injury

Chelsea youngster Jake Clarke-Salter has suffered a suspected broken arm while playing for Bristol Rovers.

Clarke-Salter, who is on loan at the League One club, was stetchered off during a 5-1 defeat against Charlton on Tuesday.

The 19-year-old defender was taken to hospital and is expected to be out of action for some time.

He has made six league starts since joining Rovers on a season-long loan in August and has also featured for Chelsea’s development side this season.
