Chelsea youngster joins Belgian club on loan

Chelsea youngster Cristian Cuevas has joined Sint-Truidense on a season-long loan.

The 20-year-old Chilean, snapped up by the Blues in 2013, spent term on loan at Universidad de Chile.

He has previously had loan spells at Dutch clubs Vitesse Arnhem and PSV Eindhoven.

Cuevas, who is primarily a left-back but can also play as a winger, will now return to Europe and play in the Belgian top flight.
