Eden Hazard returns to the Chelsea starting line-up for the first time in six league games as Guus Hiddink makes three changes for the Newcastle game.

The Belgian replaces Oscar, who is not in the squad, while Gary Cahill replaces the injured Kurt Zouma.

Pedro comes back into the team at the expense of John Obi Mikel, with Cesc Fabregas dropping into a deeper role alongside Nemanja Matic.

Diego Costa plays despite breaking his nose in training on the eve of the game, and will wear a facemask to protect the injury.

Newcastle are unchanged from the team which beat West Brom, after Daryl Janmaat was passed fit following a thigh injury.

Jack Colback and Emmanuel Riviere are fit again but are only on the bench, alongside Jamaal Lascelles, who is back from suspension.
