Chelsea duo reportedly close to return

Chelsea duo Ross Barkley and David Luiz are close to being available to return to action, according to reports.

The Daily Telegraph reports that January signing Barkley is due to resume full training next week.

Barkley, who had hamstring surgery last year, has made just three appearances since his move from Everton and before that had not played this season.

He has been struggling with more hamstring trouble but appears to be recovering well.

Meanwhile, The Sun say Luiz is targeting a comeback against rivals Tottenham on 1 April.

The newspaper reports that Luiz has seen a specialist in Spain about a knee problem which has dogged the defender for much of the season.

Luiz has not played for the Blues since the defeat at Watford last month and has made just two Premier League appearances since October.
