Brentford sign Judge on permanent deal

Brentford have completed the permanent signing of Alan Judge from Blackburn Rovers for an undisclosed fee.

Judge, who has agreed a three-year contract at Griffin Park, impressed while on loan with the Bees during the second half of last season and played a key role in their promotion to the Championship.

The 25-year-old Irishman made it clear he wanted to sign for Brentford, having been out of favour at Ewood Park prior to his loan move in January.

He made 27 appearances for Mark Warburton’s side, scoring seven goals, and quickly established himself as a favourite among Bees fans.
