Bees midfielder and goalkeeper ruled out of Rotherham clash

Soccer - Pre-Season Friendly - Brentford v Millwall - Griffin Park

Brentford midfielder Alan McCormack will not be fit to face Rotherham on Saturday.

The 32-year-old has not featured in the Bees’ last two league games having limped off during the League Cup exit at Exeter last week with a heel injury.

Second-choice goalkeeper Jack Bonham, who missed the midweek win over Nottingham Forest, is likely to be absent again as he shakes off a back complaint.

Former Stoke City keeper Dominic Kurasik, who played for Brentford B in a 2-1 friendly defeat by a Chelsea XI this week, will be on the bench.

Yoann Barbet will have his ankle injury assessed but Lewis Macleod has recovered after picking up a knock against Forest.
